Scope of position
In order to support and expand our operations, jNetX is currently looking for a Technical Writer based in London, UK.
Your primary responsibilities will be to plan, organize, write, and edit software installation, operational, maintenance or trouble shooting customer manuals. It includes to consolidate existing product documentation and write programmers guides for the new features included in future releases, as well as online documentation.
The domain is Telecom/IT engineering. We are looking for a native english writer, knowledgeable in documenting software, with 2 or more years of experience.
Other Duties/Qualifications Include:
- Acquires and organizes basic source material, including applicable specifications, engineering write-ups and drawing packages.
- Experience with Telecom products
- Experienced user of editing software (Word, ...).
Required skills:
Mandatory:
- Fluent English
- Editing software
- Telecom understanding
- Software Programming (Java)
Would be appreciated:
- Foreign Languages (Russian, French)
