The Position:
The Principle Solution Architect will manage strategic technical initiatives with partners and tier one operators, in Middle East, to position the jNetX product as solution requirements are defined and evolve.
Additionally, the Principle Solution Architect may represent jNetX in key standardization bodies such as 3GPP, 3GPP2, PCMM and JCP.

Experience and Skills:
- 7-10 years experience working for both telecom network operators and equipment vendors with a focus on applications and solution
- In depth technical understanding of IMS and SIP based network architectures including solution components and protocols
- In depth technical understanding of wireline and wireless IN network architectures including solution components and protocols
- IMS, SIP and IN application knowledge and experience
- Understanding of Services Broker and SCIM concepts, technologies and products SOA and Web Services knowledge
- Proven ability to interface with senior members of the Technical and Business departments of partners and operators to define product positioning within specific service solutions
- Product Management experience demonstrating the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and ability to create business case justification for product investment
- Technical background with some exposure to product marketing
- A strong customer focus
- Ability to speak at public conferences (50-250 attendees)
- BSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, MBA a plus
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communications skills, verbal, written and presentation
- Strong teaming skills
- Self motivated, ability to complete objectives with minimal direct supervision
- Willingness to take ownership of issues, make decisions, follow through and ‘get the job done’
- Self motivated, Organized, even tempered, impartial, objective, extroverted, confident and able to ‘think outside the box’
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English and Arabic
- Ability to participate to standardization bodies (ex: 3GPP, 3GPP2, PCMM)
- Able to travel (~ 50%)
Principal responsibility and duties:
- Evangelize the jNetX products, architecture and vision to technical and marketing organizations in operators to create a market pull
- Work with partner architecture teams to position the jNetX product into their offerings
- Manage strategic technology initiatives with partners and operators
- Understand and communicate operator and partner requirements into Product Management
- Represent jNetX at public events and conferences (IIR, IBC, etc..)
- Identify technological trends and market requirements Support jNetX sales by producing necessary technical documentation and technical marketing material
- Assist in planning for new feature / component introduction
- Critically review customer requests, RFI, RFP’s and specifications; identify cost drivers and potential alternatives to benefit both the customer and the company
