“With jNetX we own the intellectual property for our services, allowing us to evolve the services as and when required.” | Mark Kent, Head of Technology Strategy |
|
With the technology introduced by jNetX in the early 2000’s, once the Telecom Application Server is installed and integrated with the OSS, BSS and network elements, it represents a virtual “launch pad” for the delivery of new services. Such new services can run independently on top of a legacy SS7, an IMS or even an internet/intranet environment.
jNetX allows developers to focus on the business logic of the application without having to worry about the telco grade aspects (the jNetX platform inherently provides these features).
|
With these barriers to service delivery removed by the platform, jNetX partners have been able to create an extensive set of new niche and innovative applications in a very short timeframe. This represents a paradigm shift in the way by which Telecom services are conceived and delivered.
A new era is emerging, which jNetX refers to as the Telco 2.0 era.

|
- Open programmability
- Services reusability
- Developer community
- No vendor lock-in
- Multi-vendors environment
