Gary Miles
CEO
Gary has spent over 15 years in the telecommunications industry and is one of the co-founders of jNetX. Prior to jNetX, Gary founded and ran a billing and customer care company that had more than 30 GSM customers in 20 countries when acquired. Gary has also worked for industry leaders such as Motorola and Millicom. Gary has a Masters of Electrical Engineering degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Giulio Fregonese
Executive VP Engineering and CTO
Giulio has over 15 years of experience as a technical manager and chief architect in the telecommunication software development domain. Before co-founding jNetX, Giulio held several corporate CTO positions where he defined Next Generation product architecture, COTS integration, and lead middleware and technical directives. At Sodalia SpA, a Telecom Italia and Bell Atlantic joint venture, Guilio was the Systems Architect responsible for the creation of the reusable framework that served as the foundation for all company product lines. Giulio has been the head of the Distributed System group at CRS4 Research Center, and he worked on the MDS+ project developed by the Italian National Research Council, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Los Alamos Labs. Giulio holds a Masters of Science degree in Computation from Oxford University, UK.

Steve Hollis
Executive VP Finance and Legal
As a founding jNetX shareholder and general counsel, Steven A. Hollis is responsible for all company legal matters. Since 1980, Steve has practiced corporate and technology law in Dallas, Texas. He was a partner in a large Texas firm until 1997, when he resigned to have greater freedom to participate as a principal in technology ventures. Steve was closely involved with members of the jNetX management team when he represented ITI in its transactions with Pacific Telesis and Tandem Computers, and in subsequent venture. Steve has represented a number of technology companies in corporate, financing, licensing, acquisition, and disposition transactions, as well as in litigation strategy.

Robert F. Gross
CFO
Robert has over 15 years of senior level financial and accounting experience in the software industry - including 8 years of entrepreneurial experience as CFO. Prior to joining jNetX, Robert served as CFO for a leading UML software development company. Before that he was CFO for SofTechnics, a start-up item management software company. In both instances, he was directly involved in all components of the business including finance, accounting, treasury, legal, credit, human resources, property management, and risk management. At SofTechnics, he was involved from the inception of the company through its successful acquisition by Mettler-Toledo. Prior corporate finance and accounting experience includes serving as Controller, Assistant Controller, Sales Operations Coordinator, and Senior Credit Analyst for various public and private companies. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University.

David Cardell
Head of Sales EMEA and Americas
David has spent 10 years in Sales within the software industry, the last five years in telecommunications. Prior to jNETx he was located in South Africa as a Sales Director for a UK based telecommunications company. David was responsible for managing English speaking Africa and South East Asia, yearly recognized as the top producing region for the company each year he was there. With jNetX, David is the General Manager responsible for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University, in Texas.

Tim Hearon
Head of Strategic Partnership and APAC Sales
Tim is based out of the jNetX office in France, and is responsible for managing strategic initiatives with the company’s global partner network and sales for the Asia Pacific region. He has spent over 10 years in the telecommunications industry and has been with jNetX since 2002, having run Sales for EMEA and Asia during that time. Tim holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Political Science, German, and Russian from Baylor University and did his Master’s work in Economics and Slavic Linguistics at the University of Texas at Austin.
