For all certified resellers who hold a valid jNetX reseller’s contract, the jNetX Customer Support and Integration (CSI) provides around-the-clock technical support services both online and over the phone.

Opening a Case

The jNetX CSI Website provides online documents and tools for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with jNetX products and technologies. The jNetX CSI Website is available in English 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.

 

Accessing all the tools on the jNetX CSI Website requires a certified resellers user ID and password. Obtain a user ID and password with your valid Reseller agreement or through your jNetX Account Manager.

 

If your production network is down or severely degraded just log into jNetX Problem Report System with your approved User ID and Password and fill in the appropriate form in order to open a case, communicate by ICQ or locate the most appropriate CSI number for your region.

 

The online jNetX Problem Report System is the fastest way to open a trouble ticket. After you describe your situation, the CSI Case Open Tool recommends resources for an immediate solution. Your case will automatically be assigned to a jNetX CSI engineer.
